Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order or custom items may take longer, depending on the complexity. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Method
We use third-party couriers such as J&T Express, LBC, or local delivery riders for shipping. You may also choose Lalamove/Grab/Maxim for same-day delivery (if available in your area) by messaging us before placing an order.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Luzon: 5–7 business days

  • Visayas: 2–4 business days

  • Mindanao: 3–6 business days
    Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination. Some promos may include free shipping — kindly check our store announcements.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS (if applicable). You can track your package on the courier's website.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries. Re-shipping fees will apply.

Pick-up Option
If you're within Dumaguete City, you may request a pick-up option via private message or note at checkout.
